My Experience to refinance my auto loan with this bank was not good. It was hard for me to get into contact with Amber. I called multiple times on different days no answer and went to straight to voicemail no return calls. I tried to call the bank directly to see if there was a way I can come in person to talk directly with a financial advisor and I was told no they all work remotely from home. Wow that’s the problem. Now I understand why this doesn’t work for me as a member of this bank for over 6 years. I was contacted by a different loan officer who was helpful but she was just trying to repair the problem that was already broken. Unfortunately I have decided to move on to a different financial institution who did approve my auto loan at Michigan Schools and Government. They also have my Harley Davidson so it’s only right for me as a consumer to move on with the financial institution that’s really helping me with my future financial goals.As a member of the UAW we are currently going through some financial hard times with layoffs and temporary closures of plants. I need a financial institution who can help and understand there members and there financial needs not an institution who hides behind phones and advertise Black Friday loans then pushes members away. I will be closing my account with this Bank or so called credit union just because of the predatory lending actions that I experienced here. I will not recommend this bank in the near future to any UAW members.

Joining this credit union has had many benefits helped with two auto loans and other financial services that are available. The staff members that I have the pleasure of working with were understanding, resourceful and supportive. I enjoy being a PDC member. So much that two of my family are PDC members also

Yes indeed I've been with PDU since it was known as Automotive Federal Credit Union. That's was when I was just 15 years old. Never had any issues and always been excellent customer service.

I am big on customer service and I have always received it at PDCU. I wouldn't refer anyone to a place that doesn't make that a priority. My experience since opening my account has been great.
