Received little to no help from guest services or garden of dreams in my inquiry of purchasing a Knicks experience for a upcoming game. I was told I would get a call back from Omar C. after he told me he would ask around. Received no call back or assistant whatsoever. Left a message for Garden of Dreams who used to handle purchasing these experiences but no so much as a call back from them after emailing and leaving voicemails. Pretty much had to find out on my own that it is now only available through group sales and cannot purchase experiences for single tickets as I was able to do years ago (i.e. pregame shoot around, group picture etc.) I wanted this to be a special experience for his first Knicks game but instead he didn't want to go. Guest services and customer relations has declined so much over the years and so disappointed in GOD!
