Choose another program for your home buyer’s counseling course. Earned my certificate and have been getting the round around as far as scheduling a one on one with my instructor to earn my BOA certificate. Emailed her all my documents, spoke briefly through email (after weeks of no response), called her office to schedule an appointment, and receptionist stated she would email me a link to schedule a meeting never received a link. Totally unprofessional and I am considering reporting them to HUD because I’m almost sure they’ve violated a few compliance rules. Take your money else where trust this program is cheaper for a reason.
