This agency hires the worst people you can imagine. Their Supervisor initials K.R. has been involved with well one lawsuit in particular named Ballard vs Johnson where she illegally removed a child from their home. They will assign someone as your caseworker who is not qualified, very young and who do not even have children of their own, and then tell you how to care for your child. This agencies staff are the most unprofessional, egotistical group of control freaks who abuse their power and make it very hard on families and even harder on the children. They lie a lot, they show up to your home unannounced and walk in uninvited. This place needs to be investigated and their social workers need to pursue a career in a diferent field. Heather Diehl for instance, is a little girl who has no children and not at all qualified to dictate the well being of any child, because she is a child herself; this girl uses big words that are way out of her range of vocabulary. This "case specialist" tries very hard to sound smart by using big words, but sounds ignorant because she does not use them correctly. This place is bad news, everyone should avoid this place at all costs.
