My family has been through the wringer with CPS for the past 7 years. Wayne and Oakland counties. This was by far the BEST CPS agency we have worked with EVER. Ms. Price and Mrs. Hershey helped my family in a lot of ways. Today we had court and I am very happy with the way things were handled. THANK YOU!

C. Miller supervisor of B Price, is Failing to follow up with me, ignoring and dismissing the complaints I have filed against supervisor B Price. C. miller is acting as if it isn't worthy of addressing my complaint against staff. Making excuses, deflecting, or laying the blame back to me as the customer.This is terrible management skills for the Wayne county community who deals with children cases. Why would a important staff of this department /organization fail to do right under The laws of State of Michigan. I sent complaint 48 hours ago. No staff member under orchards children's services has applied or approved me for a additional grievance or what next steps should be.

Okay so I don't really know about this company as a whole wouldn't want too.Let me just add this. I do know about Jessica>>. I don't remember her last name if this is even the location that she's @ with this company.I just want to say I absolutely love her she was genuine she was sincere she was very helpful very supportive to and mybabies she even came to court to support us.& When it's something this serious involving one's children stuff like this we don't forget if it's Not Great we don't forget and if it's great we don't forget if she's still with this company she literally should be a manager by now she was just so understanding and down to earth very beautiful soul!!! 5Stars for her!!!

This place lost my brother in the system between 1999 - 2003 the 6 of us was taken from our mother they stopped our visits split us up & one of my brothers was never seen or heard from again and they lost all records on him he was supposedly adopted w/no records. All we know is that my mom named him Isaiah.

Attended parenting class there for the first time yesterday. Great group leader, very welcoming, NON-JUDGE-MENTAL. Looking forward to the next class. Learning a lot about myself and I believe that is the point.

The staff work diligently making sure the children are taken care of in every way. With several different departments they work together to make this happen. They schedule different events throughout the year for the children and their foster families as well as the families of those who work here.
