I was recommended to this place as a "safe" place that I could go to and be among peers. The staff, Brittany and Heather are doing a great job with the limited finances and assistance that seems to be inherent in a nonprofit organisation of this nature.
If you need assistance or peer support, this is the place.
The program is mainly set up for Mental Health clients, homeless and veterans, but no one that they can help seem to be turned away.
As a struggling nonprofit with ties to the mental health community, they probably won't turn down volunteer help and donation of things to improve the quality of service. So either drop by and check it out, or call to see what they can offer, or what they can use.

I started going Nov 30, 2018. They welcome me with open arms of passion and uderstanding with out judgment. After a short time they become like a extension of my family. They are there for peer support. And help me get forms and task done to help me succeed to be a productive person in society. I wanted to give 5 stars. But I wanted there be room for them to be even more awesome of a place to go when someone needs uplifting in their daily life.

The place in Monroe County to go for peer support with mental health or substance abuse! Awesome staff, well connected in the community, lots of cool people hang out there & a small cafe ran by members. Very reasonable prices.

a "safe" space at 12 Front is not real unless/until Dan is locked in a cage for many years, instead of violently attacking passersby.

Full of drama and harassment one of the employees there are harassing my sister and I don't like I've had the worst experience ever there to be honest the old new directions was better the new one sucks
