This place is a joke they constantly argue with you on everything. They violate HIPPA laws and on top of that they charge insurance and you don't get what your insurance pays for. Food is bad they get donated food then charge insurance for it they claim non profit. There isn't enough staff. When I was there was at least four deaths since September to February this place doesn't care you get no privacy you definitely don't get your calorie count your suppose to get. But yet they are non profit. Some staff cares but when they speak up for you the admins turn around and blame you. I do not recommend coming here if your trying to help your recovery.

If I could really give this place a half star or even a negative I would. Staff act like they really do care about the residents but really, they don't. Security swearing, yelling, and in clients face and denying client medication and for anyone who really doesn't know but no facility or anywhere that physically hand dispenses your medication is very illegal and it's sad that the addicts and alcoholics don't know their recipient rights. No one there really likes doing there job because they don't like to go the extra mile for anyone when addicts and alcoholics come in there with literally nothing. I would not recommend and sadly I would recommend odyssey house over new paths for someone new because at least at odyssey house you can actually hold the staff members there accountable.

I have had some friends attend here. I know they have rules and they are trying to offer services to the community like classes to help you with your struggles of addiction. In the past it seemed to have been run better. My friend recently stayed after a number of years and wasn't happy. Items were lost of theirs. It just added frustration. But keep trying to reach these folks I sure hope they appreciate your efforts 🙏

People there are extremely rude and arrogant. They are an offender tx program so that's how they treat evrryone. They are uneducated people working for mi imum wage who think they're bosses. It's quite a joke

This is a perfect place for anyone that needs sobriety or has an addiction, the employees are very nice, and they allow you to bring family members things they need, and they are very friendly. My family member started there and he has accomplished great things since going there. still on the path to recovery and will always have to take one day at a time.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this place. Racism and politics have NO place in recovery. Period. These women running sober house are racist as all hell. The employees are RUDE on the phone and dont do anything they say they are going to, in fact ive been hung up on FIVE TIMES this morning. DO NOT GO HERE. Its not recovery.

The girl princess that works here is extremely rude! You’d think if you work at a place like this you’d have some compassion for people but she has none! Just so rude. I’ll be sure to let others know what’s considered acceptable.

Not a bad place, just wish they would update the colors sooner, most days it's past 830 am, makes it difficult when you work full time . Do better please
