I LOVE this place. So many amazing deals. The staff are a group of amazing people that are willing to help in any way that they can. I have gotten some very nice pieces here fairly cheap- as well as things that I needed for the structure of my home such as doors, cabinets, and even a specialized bolt for a 150 year old light fixture we were rehabbing. Hands down recommend this place.

Great prices compared to almost anywhere in Kalamazoo or portage. Fantastic people too. Lost a personal item while I was there and they held on to it for multiple weeks until I came back. Helped get our couch in the truck. Great experience everytime

I hate to share how great this place is lest everyone starts shopping here! Great finds for home remodeling at great prices. It's been a blessing as we have so much work to update our house before selling and are between jobs at the moment. The people are so helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be donating back items for other people who need them!

I purchased a bookshelf a few weeks ago and was impressed with the customer service. After purchasing the bookshelf at the listed price, I noticed the Veteran's discount sign while leaving. The customer service graciously applied the discount. The bookshelf was purchased on Saturday, and I asked if they could deliver it on Monday since I had the day off. Even though Monday wasn't a normal delivery day, they were able to deliver it and remove a bookshelf that I no longer required.

The furniture and appliances are usually in good condition or better. The people that work there are pleasant and helpful. I bought a 7 cubic foot maytag dryer for 80 dollars. It works great and all the functions work flawlessly. That is a pretty hard to beat deal.

We purchased NEW rugs yesterday that, unfortunately, needed to be bigger when placed in the area we thought they would fit. The store will not allow us to return new items within 24 hours of purchase. We consider this policy highly unreasonable for NEW items.

You can save a ton of money if you are willing to do a little leg work and put a small amount of elbow grease into your DIY projects. I just purchased a very nice ceiling fan. It was missing two screws. That's perfectly acceptable for $20 I paid for the gently used $60 retail piece. I've bought stainless steel sinks, doors, paint, screws, nails,etc....

Visit often. They get donations daily. Profits go to their home building projects.
