Went today to purchase a rifle. The man behind the gun counter was talking to a man for about 10 minutes while we waited. When he finally acknowledged us, he didn't seem to happy to give us the information we needed to make our decision. He then went to help a woman finish up a gun sale. He told us he would be right back and left to escort her out of the store with her purchase. NOTE: his attitude and demeanor with her was completely different than the one with us. We waited for 20 minutes, then finally decided to leave. As we were exiting, he was at the front of the store helping other people. We intended to purchase an $800 rifle. We'll now take our business elsewhere. The worst customer service we've received in a long time.

We were able to find what we needed in stock. The staff isn't always the most helpful or sometimes aren't very nice or polite, but that's not exactly a deterrent for shoppimg there. Their prices aren't too bad compared to other stores. Although their "Coupons" are kinda dumb. There's so much "fine print" on their coupons, and they have weird discount amounts, such as "17% off a regular priced item". Really.... 17% off? Why not round up to 20% off Other than that, this place is worth shopping at.

I really like this place. If you plan on going to purchase anything at the gun counter tell them on your way in or you will wait for quite a while. Also the person behind said counter may not know a lot about what you are after. So do research before you go. The usually have very good sales on firearms.

Decent store a little run down, computer kept loosing connection making it really hard to pay with debit card. Found some decent deals after some searching but prices are high here for things. Shop around, know what prices are, and if you are willing to go through the racks good deals can be found.

Went in at 1:00pm to purchase a pistol. I was told I needed to wait until 1:30 when “Hunter” came in as there needed to be two people licensed to sell guns present. After waiting the 20 minutes I finally found a floor worker who told me it would be another 9 minutes. After 15 minutes passed without “Hunter” I found the manager walking around and she just held up one finger as if the mysterious “Hunter” was on his way. Another 15 minutes passes and I found the original floor worker and informed him that apparently the staff wasn’t interested in a $500 gun sale and I left the store.
I realize the difficulty of getting workers with our Governor still giving out “extra” unemployment but it’s pretty clear to me why Dunham’s is closing some stores......

Love this store. Prices are responsible great sports store if you play it they carry it most likely, and hunter's are covered here too from blinds to fire arms to bullets to bows and even arrows right down to your favorite college "GO BLUE " yeah they carry state too
