I love the $4 drop in classes. Anyone 18 + can come! I am doing Spin 3 x a week. Francine is such an energetic & motivating instructor. Great workout. Also enjoy Jennifer’s Hatha yoga class on Mondays. Driftwood cafe a bonus. Definitely recommend!!
