Transnation handled the other side on the sale of our home. Originally we had wanted the other owner to sign all documents the day before closing as he was in Florida for the winter. Our Title Company reached out to translation to request him signing the day before with a mobile notary. There was no response to her request to transnation. We received closing document disclosure on Thursday before closing on Friday. On Friday the other owner signed with a mobile notary in Florida and I signed locally. They could not disperse the funds to me until Monday as the other side requested both original signatures. On Monday I picked up the check and it was $550 plus dollars less than the closing documents. When they were questioned as to how they could change it after signing their answer was the lender changed it to use the concession and simply forgot to notify us as the sellers and our Title Company

This title company was ready for my appointment, we started on time. I elected to have them send out payoff checks for me. This was on a Tuesday…one of the payoff checks were to be delivered in the same city. Today is Saturday and the check has still not been delivered! I have made this payment for years and I know that the mail delivery is only 2 days! I called to see if they mailed the check and they informed me that they had. Hmmmm…I doubt it! If I were you, opt in to mail your own checks out. I actually made the payment myself, just so it doesn’t show a late payment. Good luck!

The level of professionalism and confidentiality of the Seminole Rd office is just not there!! Certain details in real estate transactions are confidential and their staff and/or families have posted some of those details on social media!! Don't go there unless your ok with your transaction going public

These guys were terrible- they lied about our title company (they said the company 'wouldn't talk to us' which a quick phone call proved false. After that there were constant errors, mistakes and poor communication. The person in charge hung up on us because she missed managing our payoff date. After that she lied and blamed us- even though she had a clear date to achieve the filing. POOR POOR POOR. Unprofessional, bitter and not willing to provide any level of customer service. You NEED them, they certainly don't need you and it shows.

The receptionist who answers the phone is phenomenal. I'm working with Theresa and she is so professional and friendly. What a wonderful organization and there isn't any question that "customer service" is what they excel at 😊👍

I called today saying I needed to sign papers to sell my house and have them notarized. Not only was I able to walk in without an appointment, they were extremely friendlt, walked me through the paperwork, and did it all at no cost!
