I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care and compassion provided at Oliver Woods. From the moment my family and I walked through the doors, we were met with a warm and welcoming environment. The staff is not only professional but also genuinely caring.

The nurses and caregivers are attentive and go above and beyond. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering a variety of engaging activities for residents to enjoy.

I am deeply appreciative of the consistent communication from the staff, who keep us updated and involved in our family member’s care plan. It's clear that everyone at Oliver Woods is committed to providing a safe and loving environment.

I work at a sister community and so I have been to Oliver Woods for trainings. They are a wonderful community with such a great atmosphere. The staff and management team are absolutely wonderful. The activities are fun and engaging, the food smells and tastes great, the place looks fantastic, and the care is wonderful. Definitely a place you want to take your loved one.

I recently moved my mother Diane Merrell in this facility. It looked great on paper and in the pamphlets. Even good reviews. My family experience was different. My mother was in Memmory Care. Their pamplet emplies that the staff are trained for Memory Care. They have a policy that shower rooms are to be locked when not in use. My Mother fell and broke her hip in a unlocked shower room that was not in use. The staff member assigned to my mother previous job experience was a waiter at a Mexican restaurant. My Mother passed away within a week of that fall. I was an involved family. I was there everyday. This facility needs investigating into how many other untimely deaths occurred in it due to inexperienced unqualified employees.

Oliverwoods is an amazing place not only to live in but to work at, the staff are so compassionate and strive to overly succeed the expectations for each individual resident to make each type of care personalized, each department throughout the facility work together for the best interest of each person that lives in this wonder community. Being part of this community has been a blessing and has fulfilled my heart, caring for family’s and resident has been my life’s work and knowing I was there when they needed my assistance have been life changing. There is no other place I’d rather be!

I have to share my experience with Evelyn, and Destiny at Oliver woods. We toured this facility in hopes to find one closer to us for my husband's father. We were over the moon pleased with the facility itself. What we were even more impressed with, is the dedication these wonderful ladies have to the residents and families. We were unable to go through with the move, because my husband's father declined rapidly right after our meeting. Not only did these ladies not bow out, but they also helped us where they could and kept checking in to see if we needed any more help. Knowing we would be unable to move him there, as he was then transferred to hospice and passed away shortly after. They went above and beyond even knowing we would not be able to move him to their facility. That is one of the best examples of kindness I have seen in such a long time. Oliver Woods is blessed to have them, and I hope they're appreciated so much there.

I personally want to say Marie was amazing in helping my senior parents figure out their tv so that dad can watch his football! Also printed him a schedule of all games! I called and asked and she went right down and fixed it! It's a small thing to her...but it sure meant the world to mom and dad and me! Thank you Marie! Great way to show you care

Do not work here management had horrible communication skills I've been waiting for a response back from Ashley and or Shelby because I have been dealing with the stomach flu and couldn't work yesterday or today and as a result I can no longer get into any of my apps I feel this is an illegal termination just do yourself a favor and avoid working here I have been very good at trying to communicate with almost no response management will definitely not go out of their way to speak with their employees if it's after 5pm don't expect any type of response from anybody management will not respond and they will keep you in the dark

My mother was a resident there several a years ago and when my aunts required the services of an assisted living facility it was an easy choice to choose Oliver Woods. We had visited another facility, but the atmosphere did not seem as welcoming as OW. The staff is always willing to listen and help with any concerns I might have and are very involved with the residents. OW caregivers treats everyone like family. Even the maintenance staff are friendly and interact with the residents. The activities help to keep my aunts involved and interacting with others which they wouldn't have gotten at home. I would recommend OW for anyone who is looking to place a loved one in need of their services.
