Ovid Healthcare is amazing, I have only worked here a little bit but the team is amazing and the administrator is even better! I was scared to make a career change at first but I’m so happy I did! The floor staff is so kind and compassionate! If you’re looking for an amazing facility in a small town community Ovid is a good first choice!!

My mother was in the Ovid healthcare center for 10 days for short term rehabilitation. The nurse staff, therapy staff were great. She loved the food. She said everyone was very kind. I saw plenty of staff there working. We both feel it is an excellent facility to rely on for special care.

Ovid healthcare is a great place! So many smiling faces and people who care. It has that home like feeling. All the work they have been putting into the building is amazing! Its looking so good with all the renovations! The new shower room just updated is so nice and spacious. The staff there are amazing and work their butts off to ensure everyone one is well cared for ❤️. The Ovid healthcare team is amazing and always pulling together to ensure the best care and compassion possible! Thank you to all you healthcare workers for all you do!

My family member has been here for years and the staff has made her feel included and happy. The staff does the best they can and takes requests into consideration. They did a great job keeping COVID out of the facility and protecting the residents. A new company took over and some upgrades and changes were made for the better. Take into consideration that some reviews on here are over 2 years old, so read the most up to date ones. Also, step back and consider how hard it is to work in a nursing home/long term care facility. They all can't be absolutely perfect or operate like a hotel.

We had a great experience. We went for a couple of weeks for rehab after a hospital stay. The employees were absolutely amazing. They had a reasonable procedure to follow when entering the facility, to make sure you weren't bringing Covid 19 in. We were so thankful we could spend time with our family member. The other care facilities in the area wanted to isolate for 14 days or not allow visitors at all. The building may not be as nice as some of the other facilities, but the staff makes it a great place. I would definitely recommend.

Staff is excellent, hard working, and they care about their patients. The food was good. The staff in their rehab center was top notch. The only complaint I have is the cleaning staff. The same cracker crumbs and popcorn was under the bed for his entire stay. It was a trade off I could accept for his excellent care and rehab.
