Beehive is the closest thing to being at home. The care is amazing in a very homey environment with homemade food, all private bedrooms, activities and field trips and a loving staff from the caregivers to management to the owners. šŸ’–

BeeHive has been such a good place for my mom. The facility is just the right size (20 residents) and it is kept very clean and neat. The caregivers are wonderful - friendly and always anticipating what a resident might need. The food is cooked at the facility daily and the residents love it. Each room is spacious and has an attached private bathroom. I’m so glad we found BeeHive for our mom.

When our 98 year old mom who still lived in her own home developed dementia we looked at several assisted living places and were thrilled to find Beehive. The small facility with a wonderful caring staff was a great fit for our mom who recently passed away but spent her last months with well trained, compassionate workers. She was in good hands.

Our first experience was for my father who was in need of hospice care. After meeting with the owners Matt and Marie, we were confident Dad would be in the best place possible. The 24 hour care he received was outstanding. His (and our family's) every need was met from the initial meeting, during his stay and even after his passing.
Based on this exceptional experience, we didn't consider any other home for our Mom. Her transition from living alone to the BeeHive was made easy by all the staff, who treated her like family. It was important that Mom's new home was not too large that it would be overwhelming and that she receives more personalized care.
She has been a resident for several months now, is very happy and enjoys daily interaction with other residents and BeeHive staff. She (and we) appreciate that Matt and Marie see her regularly and take an interest in her well being. Every staff member personally knows her and she frequently tells us how well she is treated. Our overall experience has been extremely positive and we would highly recommend BeeHive Homes of Oxford to anyone looking for a special place for their loved one.

BeeHive Homes is an outstanding care facility and I can't say enough good things about my experience with the facility. I was able to meet with Matt when I needed to place my mother in hospice care. Matt assured me that they would absolutely be able to meet all of my mother's needs and BeeHive really delivered. The care staff is focused on providing the best care possible for the facility residents and really made my mother's journey through hospice as peaceful as possible. I recommend BeeHive Homes for anybody who is looking for a top-notch care facility for their loved ones.

It wasn't easy making the decision to move our dad to an assisted living/memory care facility. We looked at several places, but none of them really seemed like they would be a good fit until we visited BeeHive Homes of Oxford. BeeHive, in contrast to many of the other facilities we visited, was smaller and more homey. There are no more than twenty residents, which means the staff has the time to provide the care your loved one needs. It's not just perfunctory care, either. The residents are treated with respect and kindness, and a healthy dose of humor. The meals are homemade there in the kitchen and definitely don't seem like "institutional" food. There are lots of activities--exercise, crafts, etc. I believe we made the best decision when we chose BeeHive for dad and recommend it if your loved one can no longer live at home.

I'M THANKFUL for BeeHive Home of Oxford!

My mother is currently a resident at Beehive Home of Oxford and has been for the last year. From the first inquiry call, Matt, the owner , was so friendly, helpful and quickly offered my father and I a tour. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the right place for mom. The atmosphere was happy and positive with a second-home appeal. (20 resident rooms)
First and foremost, the entire staff is kind, caring, and goes beyond the call of duty. Oftentimes when I visit my mother, I find her with her hair curled and styled by one of girls, (really) with a smile on her face. This is exceptional!! (Especially post-covid, with staffing challenges.) It's so comforting to know your loved one is well cared for and taken care...The best!!
The food is great and meals are served in a large spacious dining room, where your welcome to sit and visit with your loved one. The staff has become like family to us. They are great team!
I had also received a personal recommendation from a close girlfriend, who raved about BeeHive after moving her mom here from elsewhere.
To sum it up, the care is exceptional, the atmosphere is clean, happy, and safe for your loved one. They also offer craft activities and group exercise regularly to keep residents busy and healthy. Students and others volunteers visit often to play music for all that want to participate. It's fun!
Our family has had grassroots in the Oxford community my entire life, and the Beehive provides a safe and inviting place, that allows my father, (married to mom 73 years and counting) to visit my mother EVERY DAY. Personally, to me, this means the most of all!
This is why I love the BeeHive of Home of Oxford and I highly recommend it!
Thank you to Matt & Marie and the entire staff.
You're an asset to our Oxford community.
