Timber was an awesome experience as a first time buyer!

I had specific needs/types of products I was searching for and my budtender, Mick, made the transaction smooth and pleasant and he didn't hesitate to show me as many items as I was curious about and answered all questions I threw his way, making deciding between so many options more enjoyable than I usually find the process to be.

I also found exactly what I wanted and was able to get what I feel to be a great deal on such high-tiered items.

I will, for sure, be back again to Timber!

Bag it, tag it, sell it to the butcher at the store! 😉

I had the pleasure of visiting Timber Dispensary recently, and I just have to shout out Lisa and Leila for providing the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for and offered some amazing recommendations that suited my preferences perfectly.

Not only were they super helpful, but their kindness and patience truly made my visit special. Plus, the discounts they offered were incredible! It’s clear that Lisa and Leila go above and beyond for their customers, and I’ll definitely be returning for their outstanding service. As for a grand opening ceremony day, I was disappointed. My disappointment was in the presentation of the front lobby and the DJ booth outside extremely loud. I was greeted and checked in quickly and was able to make my way to the bud tender right away. My budtender was pleasant and welcoming. I asked the tender to see some prerolls 4 for $25 pro glow brand . My tender looked for about 5 minutes and was unable to find . 🤔 . I asked instead if I could get 4 for 30 seed junky pre rolls . I asked the bud tender to please find me ONLY INDICA pre rolls. Well i got no Indica Only pre rolls. Instead hybrid indica😊and hybrid sativa😩. And this is not my first grand opening of all the dispensaries I’ve been into in the state of Michigan, including the state of Illinois, where I was not given any free sample of any kind of product not even a free pre-roll for my first time coming I received 20% off thats as Much of a grand opening that was. The 4C junkie pre-rolls were good, and we were very nicely greeted as we left and thanked for coming. Great customer service customer care look like but as an overall not above a 3 Star

Chelsea was absolutly stellar! So helpful and informative. She seemed to know where everything was and she didn't seem bothered with me taking my time choosing. 100% will be back after this experience. Had a great experience at Timber. It is definitely the least frantic of all the dispensaries on the strip. We met Josh, who was super knowledgeable and helped us get in and out at a nice quick clip! We’ll be back next time we’re in Grand Beach. Great deals at the time of this review!!
