Another dysfunctional government system. Been trying to get health insurance fixed and good stamps for 5 months. Impossible to get a hold of anybody. Mi bridges never saves your info. Oh I have first plan insurance what is that good for when your 50

No case workers assigned and one worker doesn't know what the other worker did.i asked to cancel my order for house repairs and they canceled my whole case instead. Their not trained enough. I applied once and received 8 applications.

I received some help from April Zettel regarding a health insurance issue. She spent a long time with me on the phone with an agent trying to sort out this impossible situation. I was very grateful for her kindness and support.

Rude person at front desk. Went to drop off my paperwork. I have a hard time walking. He says "you can drop this off around the back at the drop box". Meaning I need to walk all the way around. Then he decided to take my paperwork and complained I did not put my case number on all the sheets. What the hell are we paying this person for if not to do something? He complained and had my case on screen in front of him with my number staring him in the face. Finally he said he would do it and took my stuff. Never had a problem ever before like this rude person was presenting to me. And I will not put my paperwork in drop box. I know people who dropped it there and were told social services never received it. Person at window needs a little patience and kindness. You get back what you put out there. Karma.

The women at the window are devoid of any knowledge outside of how to run the printer. Their attitudes are obnoxious. As a tax payer just trying to help a friend, I was pretty disappointed in the lack of care or professionalism. 3 ☆'s are for the approval once we got past the minion gate keepers.

Called multiple times. Was told to submit paperwork that I already submitted and they keep loosing it. Ended up loosing my healthcare because of they don't know how to do their jobs properly. They entire office has poor time management and poor paperwork management skills

The lady behind the glass acted like I was the one bothering her she was rude about what forms to fill out. She didn't care if it was done right just as long as I didn't ask her anything and keep bothering her. That's why I try to do everything online.

This review is for my mother Linda VanSumeren! My mother has cancer, COPD, and heart problems. She’s on oxygen 24/7 and on good days with is few has a walker but mostly a wheelchair. She can’t drive! We just went through all the hoops to update her stuff for her insurance and very little food assistance she gets. On disability and Social Sercuity my mother makes $737/ month. She has a house payment and normal bills. She qualifies for heating help. They tell you to contact then when your tank is below a 1/4. Which we did! Then they need everything that we just gave them to keep her insurance which was just updated last month. So, again I go out get her bank statement & proof of income. They do a phone interview and tell her they will get back with her later that day or next day. She doesn’t hear anything and tries to call. They never answer or return your call. This goes on for a week or 2. My mom now has FROZEN PIPES and calls them. This time someone finally answers and tells her they haven’t received the paperwork that we brought there 2-3 weeks ago. They tell her she has until the 28th to get them the paperwork that was already turned in and I guess they lost! Now, roads are bad and we are going to have bad roads the next 2 days. They want us to risk our lives to take them something that they already have on file and something I just dropped off! I wouldn’t even rate a one star but that’s the lowest you can give. Very RUDE employees and NOT helpful! I pray that your family never has to go through any of this!
