My experience with Family Matters was awful, Leah told me that the girl was supposed to start on Sunday, never showed up until Wednesday, this girl had no common sense or experience, Leah assured me that this girl was good , I've never seen a 25 yr old girl with no ambition, she just wanted to sit and be on her phone most of the day , no training whatsoever, didn't even have life skills , tried to get ahold of the office to see where she was on Sunday, no one answered, I asked is there an on call # Leah said yes that's me , she said she left her work phone on her desk back at the office, why didn't she go back to get it I wondered , was wondering why I couldn't get a hold of anyone this past weekend as well, this company is very irresponsible and don't care obviously . I do not recommend this company at all. I can't understand why they have a 5 star rating..... I'm assuming it was fixed . My mom is bedridden and they left me with no help for 3 days, what kind of company is this!
