I have been going to Joncen Phi Salon for a year now, this place is amazing. Julianna is my favourite, she cuts the layers so perfectly everytime and styles my hair to the best. I would highly recommend this salon, everyone is so welcoming and they make sure they take care of the clients needs. Julianna, you are the best!

This place is a joke. Joncen, most likely self-proclaimed master designer (owner), DOES NOT take first-time clients. I have scheduled the appointment online, specifically with him, as I needed a professional, stunning cut.
What happened was that I was tossed to Xin (Cindy), who tried her best but was far from stunning. Bless her heart.

I was explained that if the expected stylist is not available, the client is pushed to the next available.

The service cost me 65$ plus a tip of 20%.

Master Joncen is full of himself, very vain, and most likely is not as good as he thinks if he doesn't take new clients because that requires actual skills.

NOT recommended. Very disappointed.

I had attempted to die my hair blonde and it was destroyed. I came in and saw Andrea and she answered all my questions was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job fixing my hair. Also, very fun to talk with. Highly recommend.

Coming from LA, I was looking for the same caliber of salon and stylist back at home . In my search I found Joncen Phi Salon. The vibe is trendy, up beat and modern. The staff are very friendly and professional in booking an appointment. My sweet stylist, Sandra, is so talented. She’s one of the first stylists who has accomplished getting my hair to the lightest level without compromising its integrity. In fact, it’s actually the healthiest it’s been. On top of that, she listens to your needs like my stylist back at home. Sandra is one of the only stylists who has ever cut off what needs to be cut off, instead of the usually 1”. Which has resulted in my hair being the longest it’s ever been. I recommend this salon to whomever compliments my hair and highly suggest if you’re looking for a salon, consider booking at Joncen Phi.
