I stopped in at Levels for my first time on my way home while I was in Mt.Pleasant excited to hopefully embark on a great new favorite dispensary..that being said I had a really great experience. The customer service was great.The lady taking care of me was delightful and helpful.. knowledgeable as well n if not..she sought out the information and was happy to do so. Now this being my first time..like most..not all but most give a 1st visit gift to u as a new customer but I was absolutely stoked when they sent me home with this generous yet awesome ceramic "High Tea" Mug! I love it!! Now I would have been just as grateful n appreciative of a pre-roll (especially considering my very small purchase of 1 pre-roll ) So Thank you for helping me decide on a now new favorite strain which was Bomb Pop..I was looking for something I'd never tried n I enjoyed but Thank you Levels Cannibas for the great first time experience at ur dispensary. U have a huge selection n friendly staff. I'll be a repeat customer for sure 😊I'm looking forward to my lifted cuppa jo tomorrow morning 😁

Today was my first time customer at levels, Mount Pleasant, Michigan .the young lady that waited on me was terrific. I explained exactly what I wanted, and she found every item I wanted plus more if their Bud tenders are friendly as her and it’s helpful as she was I’ll definitely be returning customer

Just had my first experience there be the worst. The guy was absolutely rude. Made comments about walking when he wouldn’t listen to what my husband and I were saying. It was really rude on his end. Then never gave me my discount he said he would apply. As I was leaving he said I would get it next time! Now what kind of crap is that! Reception lady was very nice tho!
