I need to remove my mother from a home that is not providing adequate care to the point of being Dangerous. I called Aubrie for a tour. I drove from Merrill to Alma just to look around. Most places let you look around even if no one is able to give a tour. They do Not allow it. I had to get a referral from her current residence before they would even give a tour. Three days later I get a call from Aubrie that they won't accept my mom in the Nursing section.. No reason why. I was stunned. I'd had high hopes of being able to get my mother into a nice setting before the other home accidentally kills her. Aubrie repeated that they cannot tell me why she was rejected. Finances (she has the ability to cover the costs), me (I called 3 or 4 tomes with messages- nothing bad), her condition? Nothing. It would help me going forward to know.
I always find that this sort of closed communication seems as they have something to hide. That the reason is unfair and possibly illegal. Very cold and uncaring. I hope the rest of the staff isn't as cold as she is for other families sake.

The care & dignity given my Mom could not of been better. Everyone was helpful & caring.
Unfortunately, Housekeeping is failing. VERY noticeable difference. Management doesn't seem to be doing anything about it . Has nothing to do with construction going on.

My father, Mervin, was placed in the respiratory rehab at the Pathways Masonic in January 2017. Both my father and mother loved the care that the staff provided to him. They made both my father and mother part of the planning during my father's attempts get better. Unfortunately, my father passed due to his medical conditions.

This was a sad day my mother and family. A Pastor from the Masonic Temple sat with my mother immediately and stayed with her until family arrived. The Pastor and staff members were very supportive even after this unfortunate day. During the week that followed they had reached out to my mother to check on their wellness. The Pastor attended the viewing.

No words will ever come close for me to express my complete appreciation for the love and support that Pathways Masonic Temple provided to my Mother.

Thank you to the Pathway Masonic temple and the staff of the respiratory Unit, for their passion and dedication that they provide to their patients each and every day. Also, thank you for the care that you provided for my father and to my mother.

My experience is that this is justifiably one of the most unprofessional agencies around. Have left 6 to 8 messages w/ staff and not one call back. Granted it is an extenuating situation, but common professional courtesy does not prevail. This has been EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.
