I would give it a zero. Their office staff is unorganized, cannot communicate properly with clients or staff, they do not pay properly and have extremely high turn over. RUN...

All around good company, works hard to ensure care of clients, works with staff to ensure their needs are met as well. Office staff is super helpful day or night. Great place to work.

I’m still with the company from 2017. I worked retail for 30 plus years.
They are good about given you time off if you happen to request off a month a head or longer too.
If you enjoy assist people with disability you were enjoyed working with the company as well. I look at them as I might be in that same position in time in life and maybe not you do learn a lot from the clients itself. There’s good and bad days but it’s fun to work with.

I love the clients that I have worked with. Over all they are respectful. Company is Very flexible and understanding when it comes to things happening in life. Always do there best to please the clients and work with health aids and there availability.
