Grand River Villa has provided my mother with outstanding, professional support and care!! The med techs are especially professional in their ability to provide specific diagnosed care with such grace and kindness!! Always my mother’s needs were met with such caring kindness, and for an Alzheimer’s patient, that is such a blessed gift!!

Also, I want to share a tremendous appreciation for Maria, the administrator. Maria is at all times professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable with the care needs of all her residents! Grand River Villa has been an amazing home of exceptional care, for my mother!!

My aunt is a resident at Grand River Villa. The facility itself could use some updating, however, this is overlooked by the excellent quality of care that is provided and it’s affordability. The facility administrator, Diana Paz is outstanding. She goes out of her way to make sure the residents and their families are comfortable and happy. Diana takes time to communicate and listen. I fully trust that my aunt is safe and her needs are met. She has made good friends with other residents there. Bottom line is that she is well cared for. Thank you Grand River Villa!

I have personally been in the facility and it was very welcoming. The staff are so very nice and helpful. Dana personally helped with all the information I needed. The aides and housekeeping are extremely helpful and efficient. Grand River Villa was very clean, I was there during there lunch time, it smelled wonderful. Mary the owner comes to do the ladies and gentleman's hair which is so very sweet. I'm definitely going to place my father.
