This center is a joke. Their staff are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. They provide no service just empty promises and pushing paper. I wish they would close already and stop misleading people in need of care.

My advocate did nothing but aggregate me. Since she couldn't get in touch with my grandson (he was to be my caregiver), I got no help. She could have gone to see him in person but I guess that never occurred to her. Thanks for nothing

I strongly recommend this place as a first place to check when understanding and also learning about social services for your family. I used them to learn about Social Security and Medicare benefits for my mom who was moving from out of state to live with me. They serve a great function! Be aware that the parking is in the back of the building and you will often miss the entrance to the parking lot.

Very very poor services. Very rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t get any response. Appreciate if someone helps to make them responsive and a little bit more professional.
Unbelievable, unspeakable and disgusting behavior. Please Let me know who has given them authority to claim helping others especially when in need. They should face the consequences of their behavior.

Very very poor! I have tried to get into contact with anyone at Sourcewise for any number of concerns, both as a senior resident of Santa Clara County and as an employee working with the elderly. I have NEVER received any help that has been worthwhile! I have already written a letter to the new CEO (assuming she received it) and never got a response.
Sourcewise and help for the elderly in Santa Clara County is awful!
Even a 1 star is too much!
