The Director of programs is absolutely worthless at this place. She sits behind a desk, and does absolutely nothing to help any of the volunteers by the end of the day. The volunteers are burnt out. When I asked to talk to someone in charge a young lady at the front desk specifically said somebody already complained. The director is not gonna do anything about it. after speaking to this so-called Director of programs, it’s obvious that they have the wrong person in that position.

Today, 07/03/2023, the woman did not greet us and sent us back for the second time, she did not want to give us food. The first time she said that they work until 12 noon, today she said on a holiday we work until 11, and we came at 11:20, there was a lot of food in the store, few people, they didn’t let us inside. The second administrator came out and didn't let us in either. Moreover, the woman waved her hand at us, with all her appearance let us know that we do not belong here. This is a terrible fascist attitude towards people, towards migrants who not only have no job, but also no money, and even food. I will complain to other authorities so that these two are fired and explained that we are still people, not pieces of paper, and there would be enough food for everyone, judging by the rest.

A disgusting place, instead of helping you, they give you unnecessary advice, change your area of ​​residence, find a job, and so on. After talking for a few minutes with the manager, I felt contempt and unwillingness to help. They don't help people here!
