Will was absolutely great, very knowledgeable and friendly about everything and we asked a lot of questions! Kept on us and made sure we were well taken care of. Gary our chef was so incredibly funny and was an amazing cook. Medium rare was spot on, our neighbors loved their meal as well. Would definitely come back again and recommend anyone in the area to come here. But if we come back, we need to have Will and Gary again!

So this is a chain resturant. However there food was not that good. No seasoning and the drinks were not that good.(mixed drinks) The service was average our waitress seemed as if she was rushing. Parking is horrible so get there early. Atmosphere was ok typical japeneese steak resturant. Only positive was the bathrooms were clean. Not worth the money I will try another place next visit to Orlando. 3 out of 5 stars.

Kind of a cattle call. This used to be a more formal high end establishment. Slower service, indifferent staff. The prices go up like everywhere but higher end should come with better service. Never a fan of the soup. Had the filet and chicken which was OK. Just wanted fried rice, why add chicken. Good veggies. Good but simple dessert.

Quite an enjoyable experience. Plenty of tables and the OpenTable reservation for our party of 7 was honored right on time. Special treat we wanted to give our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time. Love the kids menus turn into chef hats.

Tiffany took excellent care of us, checking frequently on drink status and handling all the non hibachi items. Liam was a very engaging chef and interacted with our 8, 7 and 2 year old grandsons warmly. Our 2 year old was mesmerized the entire time.

Perfect ending meal to a wonderful vacation with the family.

Duc was absolutely amazing! We drove 40 minutes for lunch and he made the experience awesome. He was very personable and definitely has the energy for a perfect hibachi chef! Not to mention he knows how to season perfectly and his food was incredible. We’ll be back just to see him. Will, our server, was also very attentive and quick. The whole experience was pleasant!
