Beware continuing education programs organized by Phius. I attended a three-day seminar four months ago, and still have yet to receive a Continuing Education certificate. Aside from it being next to impossible to contact Phius via phone or email, the seminar was a complete technical disaster, and very little was learned.

The Phius team has been incredibly supportive with answering my questions and helping my project move along. I like that Phius addresses climate specific building solutions for the different regions of the US. We need more people doing this intentional work to address climate change + affordability + equity in the built environment!!! Go Phius!!!

You can't find a better organization. The people are very knowledgeable, but more importantly they are gracious with their time. If you can't get in touch with them, it's probably because they're helping me ( I apologize). Down to the last person these folks are willing to help in any way.

Customer service, responsiveness, and communication are the nightmares. If you have an issue, it takes several weeks for them to first respond, then resolve! I never recommend working with them!

Terrible communication!! It takes more than one month they respond to your email or call. I sent my request more than 6 times and haven’t received any answer yet. I don’t know how they are surviving in US!!
