Oakmont of Concord was our mom's home for almost 7 yrs. We appreciate the clean, bright and welcoming atmosphere. While it is a lovely building, its most attractive part is the consistently personal care from staff, who supported her both physically and emotionally. Mom was 101 when she passed, and as her health declined, she was able to remain in her apartment and receive increasing levels of gentile, positive care. Oakmont is an outstanding assisted living facility.

What really makes Oakmont of Concord stand out from other assisted living facilities is the staff. Our mother was treated like a much loved family member and it made such a difference in the quality of her life during the years she lived at Oakmont. It was truly a home for her and our family took great comfort in knowing she was happy and well cared for. We’re very grateful to have found this particular assisted living facility.

My mother lived in Traditions at Oakmont from June 2020 until she passed away in February. I cannot speak more highly of the leadership, the staff, and the care my mom received while there. We transitioned her in the middle of covid, and that was incredibly challenging. Susana is amazing - she hires excellent staff and trains them to be loving, empathetic and nurturing. She trains them to not "just do a job", but to truly care for the residents. She understands the issues at hand, and works hard to make life work for each individual resident with their unique needs and personalities. The best thing of all, my mom wasn't just cared for, she was truly loved.
