The people here are the worst. They don't care about anything except doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs. They never got back to me about my application and when I call for answers they just say that it's being reviewed. It's been months and still nothing. It's people like this that make the government look like it isn't there to help its citizens. They should all be replaced with people that actually want to help others in the community

Im a social worker and while I was here security asked a mother to quiet her child. He was autistic and under 5. There are only 10 people in this huge room and the child was disturbing no one. Not a soul was complaining except for one security guard. Children are a part of society and this includes the ones on the spectrum. Leave people alone. The mother was understandably agitated after this. What exactly is she supposed to do?

Also, the people who work here dont want to be here. They dont need to treat people this way but they will because they can. Do better.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The workers are horrible. They seem to hate their jobs. They should honestly just quit. These workers like to give bad attitude and curse at whoever. The security guards are not doing their job correctly instead they curse at the people that are in need of assistance. My whole experience was disgusting and Literally ghetto especially the employees and the security. I have had a better experience at the DMV. These employees that work for the county seem uneducated and need to be fired

Really in need of the ebt, Alma Ortiz was the one to register me but never got the funds I needed. I had called so many times and not even one answer. I have to come in again and make sure to get the food stamp ebt I need . Never Had this situation! my point is, it wasnt cool that I couldnt get any help not even over the phone ! ALMA ORTIZ BAD REPUTATION. SAID SHE WAS GUNNA APPROVE THE FOOD STAMPS ON JULY 13,2018 NEVER DID!!
