Trench classes are a great tool to help someone deal with the past in such a way that they can change their future. Trech
classes pulls from several different but each successful therapeutic, disciplines. It uses group help, 12 step guidance, and professional counciling and makes a unique opportunity for each person to explore, and re-evaluate, situations in life that frequently were not with in one's control to change the outcome. Trench classes, helps the individual take the insights and perspectives previously unavailable to the person.

Fantastic place to find healing, growth and community. I have taken two of their classes so far and they have been extremely helpful. These are the types of classes that every human being should take to find healing from past hurts and deeper long lasting growth. And they interweave their classes with a bit of humor here and there 😀. Highly recommended!

Kim Evinda Lepins is amazing and authentic! She wears her heart on her sleeve and will help guide you through life changing perspectives through Christ. Her caring words and guidance transforms your thoughts. I never thought I could even consider forgiveness after God revealed my ex-husband's infidelity of two years and being in a 28 year marriage. His betrayal and intentional deception was not how God wanted me to see myself. Kim taught me not only how the process of forgiving my ex would help me find peace, but most importantly I needed to forgive myself. I never considered that I was holding on to shame and guilt for something I did not cause. I realized this after attending her Transform Living Forgiven and Forgiving class. She taught me how to release these feelings. I also did not consider how much my childhood trauma effects my decisions as an adult. My ex would tell me that I am a functioning adult, which means I have control of my actions now. This class has taught me that he was completely wrong. All of your past hurts has to be addressed to start your healing process no matter how old you are. If you want to get unstuck and move forward with God's healing, you don't want to miss this life changing class. Kim will help transform your mind into a new creation like God intended for all of us. "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you in to a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect." Romans 12:2

I just finished my first Trench class on Forgiveness and Forgiving and I have have been able to let go of some things that have been bugging me since long ago . Trench Classes United is a wonderful ministry dedicated to healing hearts and souls. The group teaches classes and has events that deal with the wounds our hearts have: relationship, depression, anger, addiction. This group saved my marriage!
