Was given authorization to start therapy with them. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 3 weeks now. Every time I call I get a "the Verizon wireless customer you are trying to reach.. " answer I got through one time and the woman who answered took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one ever did.
I was already terrified to start therapy, and now I have lost all confidence in it. Hoping my new referral is a better one.
