All the people in the office treat us home owners like the ground they walk on .
We are told one thing & Habitat turns around & does something totally different .
There money hungry & that's all they care about.
Not us home owners who may be going through a difficult time.
One of the ladies in the office plays phone games with me just like a school age kid .
But I'm not ever falling for it .
This company sure loves to hand out donation envelope's quite often .
There Restore is a ridiculous Rip Off!!! .
I recommend to anyone thinking of applying for Habitat for Humanity to do some intense homework before you even sign up .
I'm talking about horrible neighborhood's & very loud disrespectful neighbor's!!
Never confide in anyone in the office it will just be there gossip & they will NOT care one bit!!!

I had talked to a lady on the phone she was very rude and was asking me what my reasoning is for public service. I found that was none of her business and needed to complete my hours. She was rude and told me to look for someplace else then. I advice you all to not go to this place the staff is very rude and not helpful at all

I feel bad to give it only 2 stars, because THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE AMAZING, but lately everything is soooo expensive! This was supposed to be a store where people with low income could afford to get stuff...not anymore. This used to be my go to store, but prices are ridiculously high. It's a second hand store for God sake!
