We visited Westmont a few times and totally pleased with the environment and the staff. My husband’s mother is going to reside there once we get her moved down from Oregon. She also had the opportunity to visit a few places with us and when she visited Westmont she smiled and said how beautiful it is. Hannah has been great in helping us with all the paperwork and helping us through this move. She included my Mother in Law in all the conversations. The staff we have met and the residents are positive about working and living there. The food looks delicious and it’s nice to hear all the chatter from the residents at meal time. There are lots of activities to be involved in and social events. We are excited for this move for my Mother in Law since she will be close to us, her grandkids and great grandkids. It will be a wonderful place for her as she is getting older. Thank you so much Hannah and all the staff we have interacted with over this past month to help us and my Mother in Law through this move. We know she will be very happy there ❤️

Westmont has been beyond wonderful to my family. We moved my precious aunt in a couple of months ago. I wish we would have made the decision to be with Westmont sooner. Her room is lovely. The hallways have a fresh smell in them. The entire staff is kind and caring. They have a variety of activities and even fun “field trips” like Candy Cane Lane. The food! Yum! We eat there with my aunt so much because the food is so delicious. There’s an everyday menu but the chef prepares many different choices daily. When we met with Hannah, I was a mess emotionally trying to find a safe and loving place for my aunt. She put my mind at ease, was and is so easy to communicate with, and this move has been a wonderful decision. If you are looking for a place for someone you love, you are welcome to contact me. Mother was very happy here Kudos to the dining staff who always had her favorite breakfast ready. The medical staff made it a point to keep me up to date with any concerns. They were very observant and on top of her care. I could not be happier with the Med Techs! Although mom passed away, She said that she felt the staff really cared about her and it is a blessing that I saw her feel save and happy in her final year. THANK YOU EVERYONE at Westmont.

I’m very pleased with the care and support that my husband is receiving at Westmont. Our grown son and daughters are very happy with their dad’s care also. The caregivers and all employees are very kind and compassionate as well. I like that they encourage the patients to take part in the planned activities. I’m so relieved to have found a good place for my husband!

This facility is amazing. I don’t know where to start. The customer service is remarkable and that may sound silly to Some but unfortunately we live in a society where customer service is a thing of the past however, at this facility it is impeccable. I get greeted with a smile, the ladies that work upfront, show me such care if you are looking to put your loved one in a building that shows love and compassion to your family member this is the place to be. They treat your loved one as if it’s their loved one. That’s not even discussing the food the activities and they partner up with amazing companies , such as St. Mary’s home health, hospice, and pharmacy to come in and do activities with the residence So if you are in a tough spot and you don’t know where to put your loved one this is the place to go. The Administrator alone. His name is Eddie phenomenal man and you could tell his employees absolutely adore him.
