MY FIRST MOOSE LODGE EXPERIENCE . Old elks lodge members …. 12/22/23 8pm The bartender is ghetto and rude and obnoxious. She’s there obviously working for pennies and tips and she thinks she’s superiors to everybody there. She explained to me that I needed a members card to order a cocktail which yes I’m with my husband so I brought him to the bar to order my drink and although I did that she was unsatisfied and continue to run her mouth and be super rude and uninviting. We didn’t even finish our drink. We left because it was so uncomfortable she went to everyone at the bar talking about me and had everyone was looking back at me like I was a parasite although I’m just trying to support and bring revenue to the facility . We were way across town and could’ve easily been somewhere else more comfortable and inviting but we decided to go there to support and that’s the experience we had.. We will never be back , she is trash ! We will be going back to elks lodge fast ! This facility is ghetto

Last Tuesday I was visiting from another lodge in Ventura and came in for a drink and to meet and visit members in Fresno. The place was about 3/4 full and no room at the bar. I gave my card to the bartender who was quick to announce that I was a “Newbie” in a condescending tone. The tables behind me were not all the way full and I saw that many of those members were eating tacos etc. Not a single member invited me to have a seat or even looked at me as I made my way past 4 long tables into another larger room with with many empty tables one of which had three members sharing a drink. They never gave me a glance while I sat alone at a table nearby until I finished my drink 20 minutes later. I left without a single word spoken to me by any of the members present that night except for the bartender who in addition to humiliating me by announcing I was a newbie to the membership, failed to mention to me where they were serving the Mexican food which everyone seemed to be enjoying. As a lodge in a fraternal organization this one couldn’t have given a visiting member a more frigid reception. I was naive to think otherwise.

Fun place,easy access, lots a events yearly. Some cooks that are amazing. Lots a parking and huge back yard for the kids, bring em along.kinda in the middle of nowhere as it's an old golf course... Worth the stop!.

From another lodge Westminster MD. Went in on Super Bowl Sunday. Was welcomed with open arms!!! Friendly folks!!! When I asked if I could stay in their parking lot they said that would be great but two other trailers where already using the electric hook ups! So they found me a place to tie in! When I asked how much I owed for the great buffet they severed I was told don’t worry about it that they have reg season games and everyone pitches in a couple bucks every week to pay for Super Bowl party! Absolutely cannot go wrong with this lodge!
