1st visit, scarce food for me & my daughter, no milk,no bread no meats no sustainable food source, I did go at 945-10am when it started at 9. And ended at 1030. Idk, didn't feel welcome,had to ask how many products I could have of the remaining stale buns, black beans organic, corn, buffalo style chicken in a can, and pinto beans dry , resources of dates were all in Spanish, I had to get my own bag and figure things out, my 1st time,
God wasn't there , ? Maybe bad 1st time exp, but for have g to drive 12 miles for this resource- I almost have 00 gas, in my gas tank, and my other gas tank- my tummy, thank you for what we otherwise wouldn't of had though,don't get me wrong, I'm blessedto receive any amount of food. Just taken aback over experience . & graciously bummed-

On the Bulldog Pantry website, it does not have their schedule of distribution for September posted. I called to confirm their hours and no one answered. I emailed and they said they would be distributing Saturdays starting at 8am. When I got there at 8am, no one was there. I waited until 9 and they still weren't open. When I knocked on the door, a white lady came out, expressionless. She did not even offer me a hello. When I asked if they were open, she just pointed to a sign to show that they will be open next Saturday. She did not offer any additional resources or apologies and just closed the door. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Check California Food bank for a distribution near you. They will have more friendlier staff than this place. It's a shame that the Bulldog Pantry claims to help the community but acts so indifferent.

Bulldog pantry was a life saver. I began a recipient I was over whelmed a huge weight lifted. Then began volunteering. The director and ladies are welcoming. They are genuinely good people and allow only good things for students.

Check the calender for the Saturdays it's open. Well worth it. Good selection of fruits, veggies, and staple foods.
