I'm not sure about everyone's experience but for me RH Community Builders was a blessing like no other. The organization helped me out of a very hard billing situation with PG&E! Mariah was very nice and super helpful to me, she did not make me feel as though I was less than because of my situation. With the current economic climate we live in its always comforting to know there are resources out there willing to help!❤️

Just like the reviews below mine our age community builders is a horrible establishment from the secretary Maggie to the rest of the representative there they do not return calls. I’ve literally been having my application pending since July 15 and it is now September I have gotten nowhere they do not return phone calls. I honestly don’t know what they’re doing there but they deserve as zero when it comes to assisting people.

RH Home Builders, does not help any black people. I have been sleeping in my car, for 8 month's and no help. I was in the program for 8 month's, then I was canceled by Claudia on March 29,2024 I was never notified. I don't drink, do drug's or have behavior health issues etc. Claudia is full of B.S. and likes to tell you one thing and do the absolute opposite. I was sitting for almost 3 month's after Angela left, no calls or they don't call you back. I went to different program's and they kept sending me back to RH Builders. I was approved way that September 2024, for housing help. I need surgeries etc., but I never received housing help. I talked to Maria numerous times and I asked her to give me another case manager and she likes to discriminated too! Maria's manager's never call you back, at this point there Non Profit and all the places that I wen to need to be investigated. They all receive Federal,State and Local funding as well. I am writing my Assembly, Senator, Governor and the President, to see why they are only helping their people and immigrants! Geographically everybody needs to know who they help and why they are racist. This is just part, of what happened to me and a couple other black people. I've told Maria and Claudia that I was going to file a complaint. Perhaps they thought I was playing games, let's play Lisa files a CIVIL RIGHT'S COMPLAINT. Thank you, Ms.Lisa!

I was a resident of the Sands Place, one of the properties that RH Community Builders has, and my experience there was amazing. The facility was always super clean and if there was any problem ever, it was handled very professionally. Marina Pina, the lady that works in the office was awesome! Any time I ever had a problem or concern, she always went above and beyond to address it. Anytime she said something, she would do exactly that. The main thing that stuck out to me was the fact that she always had her tenants in mind. I'm super grateful for her being there because she made me feel comfortable and she made me feel as if my questions or concerns were important.

there is no safe shelter RH community builders offer. the Lodge and Phoenix Landing are understaffed and I was mugged and assaulted respectively once at each before deciding it would be safer to become homeless

Refered to them in December 2023 by legal aid. To date hasn't done anything to assist us while still housed to being homeless. I'm interested in knowing where their funding is coming from. Because they seem like a huge scam. Will only help you if you have medi-cal. Runs the medical then doesn't help you. #visalia
To clarify, the medical was active. Your company in visalia wasn't. I had an appt at the office, the worker was 30 minutes late. I'm not even sure anyone was in the office. Seemed I was alone in there. The most help we got was three apps for apts that frankly I could have downloaded. Feb the 27th found housing. It took until March 11th for her to respond. We had been staying in a motel at our cost. March 12th she said the company has had a lot of changes going on. That they couldn't help us. I'm so sorry my homelessness issue didnt fit into your schedule. I will be contacting the medical provider as well as mici-cal. I think you're fleecing the county and state.

Since I’ve lived at my apartment it has been the best time and experience Ive ever had. Marina Pina my property manager had totally helped me with everything I needed help with. She has the best attitude never such a great person and I definitely recommend speaking with her whenever you get the chance. Thank you RH Community Builders for hiring such a great person. I have medicaid which is what they require but because I am disabled and have medicare also I am disqualified from receiving services. Those of us on medicare won't get any sort of help at all.
