Dr. James Tinio is very kind and treats patients well. The issue is we are always getting calls about random appointments made and if we didn’t show we’d be charged. We also get told on days of our appointments that it was cancelled or that we are lying and never made an appointment. If you can get past the front desk then you’re lucky. I recommend speaking to anyone other than the woman named Elizabeth who’s normally on the right side at the front desk. She’s very aggressive and rude and cuts you off without giving you a chance to speak. She also doesn’t read your profile correctly and will give your pharmacy incorrect information.

I had an appointment scheduled almost 2 months out, and after a scare at an urgent care, they were able to let me see Dr. Marianno (spell check) promptly due to the scare. He was very professional, listened well, and made it a positive experience. First doctor in a long time that listened. Thanks!
