The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they never answer the phone or return any calls. I've called my worker multiple times with no return phone call. The main number also never answers. It's asks you to not leave multiple messages cause they have 24-48 hours to call back but THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. You might have a better chance in going in so you can actually speak to someone other then relying on a call back.

The staff are hard workers. They need to be appreciated because they have a heart to help all that need assistance or else they wouldn't be there. Oh My Gosh! These Ladies were great. They worked really hard to help me out and made me aware of programs I did NOT know I had access to. Some folks in there were very anxious and seemed to get angry very easily. Despite this the staff seemed to be as helpful as possible to everyone. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
