I’ve gone to get my taxes done here a couple of times now. They prepare my w2 taxes quick once I’m with my tax preparer. This year 2024 I made my appointment early on and it was not as busy then when I’ve gone before the last few weeks before the deadline. There were 3 only 3 people in the waiting room. this time I waited ten minutes whereas when I’ve gone in the past years at busier times I waited 30-40 minutes.

I'm a Latino San franciscan, I took two courses of small business development with MEDA the first one with Dulce Lomeli and she was amazing I learned lots of things about the start of my small business, the second one I took it was with Edwin Rodriguez called DIGITAL SOLUTIONS and it was a joy to listen to the amount of information he provided for us, and how important that information is to have for us to succesfully start a small business, so in this review I want to say thank you to MEDA for providing orientation to us the latino community to adventure ourselves into have a better way of living thru our own efforts and thank you also for providing the courage for us to be a more important part of our community and to provide a new opportunity for ourselves and our families, Gracias a Dulce y Edwin por tomarse el tiempo de proveer enseñanza para nuestra comunidad latina.

I found the M E D A office just in time I was having doubts of getting any help with my Tax forms and City College Financial Aid recommended this office to me and hopefully my check will register soon. I had another visit to this office and the personnel was great I got through a whole session and the agent took extra care in the research I Thank her.

LAZY employee's I tried to turn in income verification for a tenant and nobody knew what to do! The form had MEDA information on there !

Oh no. I would never recommend these guys. Real nasty attitude and so entitled. Just ask them. They are so full of themselves I'm sure they will tell you.
