My child tried out for their tennis Lacoste program and got selected after the first two try outs. Then we had to submit documents, for review of academic record, income etc. We never heard back from them, and I called numerous times to follow up. Every time on the phone they told me that they will get back to us, just next day or next week. (I made 8 calls in total and wrote 3 emails). All I asked for was a response, a "yes" or a "no" so that we could make decisions about our summer. The program started and we never got a response. We missed other programs while waiting. In fact, we have not heard back to this day.
