👍The office staff is excellent.Good location of the office. My water rates have not increased much in 24 years at my address. 👎The water has an awful taste. You have to pay by cash or check (no cards). Customer beware of being late on your bill or they will really stick it to you with late fees with no consideration for the several years you have paid on time.

I have never encountered any utility or any other type of company that bills you for goods or services that doesn't call you to remind you that you are late. PG&E will call with the automated system, the garbage company does the same thing. This company just turns you off period. They done even bother calling to tell you that you need to pay your bill or it's being shut off. Of course no one likes those kind of calls, but it's what should be done to provide good customer service. I think more people would appreciate the call than not.

I appreciate the knowledgeable staff in the office (Dee and Martha) . Whenever I have a question or concern, I ask them for clarification and I always leave a satisfied customer. The current Board are hard-working, diligent VOLUNTEERS who do not get the credit they deserve. I do not care for the taste of the water but I realize they have challenges and do the best they can to deliver safe drinking and household use water.

Why is it no one complains about the fact that the water, for years now has been unsafe (“may cause cancer” they said.)Yet they send us letters stating you would have to drink a lot of it for years for it to cause cancer. How vague is that? Two women in my area in the past 6 years have died of cancer, and no one complains..
It’s bad enough the water alternates from smelling like bleach, to smelling like a redwood hot tub, from the ancient redwood tanks the water is stored in. Plain and simple, their system sucks! And this business, that at one time tried to go non profit makes a profit each year. It must go in their pockets because they sure don’t spend anything upgrading their filtration system!

First of all the billing is obnoxious to say the least. As a member of this organization I find it insulting when a "non-profit" organization indicates on their late billing, termed as "Delinquent Charges" as though as we are some kind of obtruvise child out Juvenile Hall. Furthermore, the third paragraph of this stament is insulting. The statement is in our Contract and is well known by all members here and for that matter anywhere else this happens where one pays water fees.
While we are at it. Do not try to pay your bill between 12:00pm and 1:00pm because both office employees are having lunch at the same time in the office most of the time and will just stare at you when knocking on the door when a client needs to take care of business. Logic would tell me that staggerd lunches should be the norm.
Also, since I am at it. Office employees should be hired effective immediately part time to avoid higher costs due inflation, poor service, retirement and of course Obama Care.
And Friday the 5th of July 2013 is not a Holiday..................period!

Don't follow CPUC Laws!, Charge a late fee for a bill 1 Day Late and They will threaten to shut off Your water without a Written 10 Day Mailed Notice as required by Law. The water is NOT SAFE TO DRINK by State of California Standards.

I get water to my house...that's nice. However if you want a 5 star review maybe you should update your system so I can pay online or over the phone. This is the year 2022!! Get with it!
