Today I was needing assistance due to fraudulent activities on my EBT card and received OUTSTANDING customer service by the rep (Patrick). I regret not knowing his last name but he (Patrick) went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me . My funds were reinstated due to Patrick's knowledgeable and very professional manner. If you have an appointment you must get there at least 30 minutes before your appointment time to get there on time do to security protocol. Other than that it went smoothly. Besides security measures we were In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Employees there treated us with respect and in a timely manner. Good job to security there keeping ignorant people from cutting in line.

The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. I have been without the use of my right leg since 2022 when I was hit by a car while crossing the street, they let me skip every line which makes it a lot easier on me. I even get all my government related mail sent there and they let me pick it up about once a month.

I brought my 88 year old blind/disabled dad here. From security to all the staff, they were very attentive to my dad's needs. I was so happy that they let my dad in right away and was able to take care of his business in a fast and efficient manner. Proud to say that the staff here do pay extra attention to people with disabilities.

I called all day Monday and repeatedly got hung up on!!! Then was on hold for 2 hours when I finally got some on the line, she tried calling me a liar and had major attitude like I wasn’t at the county building all morning and they told me to call the 626# so they can give me my cash amount that wasn’t given to me said she make a priority case note once I told her it was for child support, still haven’t received a call!!! So thank you for not helping at all!!!
