During that time CCC read my cover letters, made suggestions for improvements to unsuccessful interviews, and offered unwavering support that promoted my confidence. At critical stages in my job hunt where I needed immediate or expert advice, Laurie Gallo took my calls and helped me work through the options. As an older individual with qualifications, I was forced by personal circumstances to shift my career path after a period of unemployment. "I initially thought signing up with this company for 10 months was the right choice, but I soon discovered that I had to put in significant effort by submitting weekly worksheets and keeping up with monthly appointments was mandatory. Failure to do so resulted in the CCCO forwarding emails to an agency that I signed up with, damaging my professional reputation. The company consistently broke promises and lied, and their unprofessional communication with clients involved gaslighting. Instead of providing helpful services like resume and cover letter assistance, they only offered examples.
