Very convenient. Corner location makes it easy to zip in and out. Staff is "Johnny on the spot" to help you unload your stuff. I like that they take E-waste also. Hope they keep this drop off open even with the new store up the road.

Don't show up at opening. They opened 20min after the posted time. The phone number is disconnected when I tried to call to verify the times. The guy that ran it wasn't friendly, but he wasn't rude either. Just a meh experience.

I arrived at 5:32 p.m. and all the lights were off with no cars in the parking lot. This was my first time here and maybe they just closed early? But, I was not able to donate my belongings. (But, then I went to a second location about 5min away... and the same thing happened...)

They come out to your car and will help empty the trunk

My first time here, i was greeted at my car. Unfortunately i wish i could say the same for the 2nd and 3rd time. The 2nd time, i arrived and waited for someone to come to my car. A man who was seemingly irate began motioning me to come to the Express doors. I was confused because i i thought they were supposed to come to me. As I was trying to figure out what the man was motioning me for he sat down inside the center with his arms crossed. I decided to leave to a different center a few blocks away. A young lady approached my car with a donation cart and asked told her about what happened and she apologized. I gave this center another shot thinking the man was just having a bad day. I came and parked and waited for someone to come out. It was a diff3man than last. He saw me and just sat down in center looking at me through glass. I waited and waited. Nothing. He finally got up and walked outside only to be on his phone. I left again to a different center a few blocks away.

The lady that works here is really rude .it was 6:48 pm and they don't close till 8 pm and told Me she can't take my donations because are cleaning up 🤔

Came here to donate at 3:45 pm, sign on door said at lunch be back. Why do the doors say 8-8 then? 2 other people came and left while we were there.
