Not one sales associate spoke to me or even made eye contact. Prices are very high. I was interested in decor items and most were marked at prices higher than I’d expect to pay in a fine antique store. I know it is a philanthropic organization and the associates may be volunteers, but that’s an even greater reason to be friendly to customers.

I was always said hello to, and every one was super nice! When the sale room goes on sale I can buy designer clothes for less than a gallon of gas at times. 10/10 would recommend. Everything was lightly used if not at all.

I have volunteered for over eight years with DWB -- that alone should say something about this organization. It is without a doubt the most beautiful consignment boutique in
Sarasota. the merchandise is very high-end and you'll always find a bargain!

I was the only asian woman among the shoppers and only one associate was nice to me. The lady by the furniture. The rest just ignored me. And when i checked out, I asked a question to one of the cashier and she just said, "what". Does not have any manners. She stared at me and i believed that most of the emplyees working there (aside from the nice associate i mentioned) are prejudice. They entertained the caucasian shoppers that came in, informed them how the ticket tag works,, etc etc..but they never did that to me when i came in. I bought an item though it was pricey. But i am not going back there nor i will recommend them to friends. They are not friendly at all...

When I moved to the Sarasota/Venice area, I searched online for an amazing philanthropic fashion boutique to become involved in by using my gifts and talents to help women and children. Indeed, I found exactly (actually more than imaginable) what I was looking for and I am thrilled beyond measure to be honored with a volunteer position... Designing Women Boutique, you have my heart!

This place is lovely and the staff as helpful as I needed them to be. Contrary to what the other (Chinese) lady claimed. I too am Chinese and I was treated like a Queen. I think she ought to stop whining, get a life and look for the obvious good in this place.

Oh my gosh! My favorite place to shop! Every one is so nice and it just makes my day, stopping by here! The displays are always so pretty, and the prices are unbeatable.
