They were hard to reach. I left a voicemail to HR to schedule an orientation many times and didn’t hear back for weeks! Once I got the orientation. The first day was fine. But the CPR and Sexual harassment online training really ruined my day. It was long, useless, and boring. THE CPR training is the worst one because it’s 61 pages and each videos are 5 minute long! Do the MATH and you will understand why. I am mad at these trainin. I have my current and valid CPR card from my other job but this company is picky and they won’t accept it. 24 hour Homecare and CAcare 4 u agencies are easier to get it!

My family and I have been dealing with a very sensitive issue regarding how to get care to our severely mentally ill loved one in desperate need of physical medical attention that he had been denying, he had also become violent due to his sickness and discomfort. John Francis took time with me to go over every option, was understanding, not judgmental, and the most helpful person I’ve spoken with in order to get my loved one the help he needed. He even emailed recourses the next day to help us continue to succeed in allowing our loved one to thrive and recover. Thank you for the work that you do, you changed his life, and you made it feel much easier for us to make the difficult decisions needed in order to finally find him help.

The system is difficult to maneuver and most social workers and social servants are over worked and struggle to show compassion and excel at helping families the best ways possible, John however seems to handle the stress of his job with grace and compassion which is what really does change lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do for our community.

I love CISS! They provide respite care for my daughter. During the pandemic it is better if you have your own respite worker. But what happens when it stops working with your personal friend who's getting paid to care for your child? CISS did the "firing" when I needed to make a quick change. They handled everything professionally, and made the transition to someone else easy as well. Getting respite is like a breath of fresh air. Having them offer to handle the yucky part is the cherry on top! Thank you!!!
