I lived there for about 5 months, The people there are for the most part pretty good, How ever Sam and the manager of the women's house are a Joke. Sam is real good about it being his way or the highway and if he doesn't get what he wants he is real good about making up story's and spreading rumors about people. Don't ever think you can trust him or trust telling him anything in confidence. He will tell others your secrets.

I lived at Valley Sober Charities from October of 2023, to March of 2024, and truth be told, I wish I was still there!!! Going there after treatment was the BEST decision I ever made!!!! I loved the serenity of the location, the people who live there, and Sam and Miss Anne made my recovery circle complete!!!! My sponsor owns a sober living, and I chose to go to Valley Sober Charities because of the beauty and serenity of the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone, because I thrived there. I don't think I would have the clean time I have now if it weren't for Valley Sober Charities. It's a beautiful place, and the people are awesome 😎😎!!!! If I get the chance, I would love to go back there!!!!!

I reside in valley sober charitys. I have goals today that previously I thought would have been unattainable. The management team have gone above and beyond to make certain not only I but every patron have a safe stable environment safe from violence and judgement. I believe had I not met the woman's house manager I might not have developed the self esteem that I have now. With the leadership skills that Anne has showed me by example I may not have developed the courage it takes to go out in a competitive society and hold my head up high as a recovering addict. Personally I feel accepted and appreciated and from what I have gathered from my other female peers whom are also patrons here at Valley sober charitys I'm not alone in the general feeling of appreciatment that Anne exudes while she works with those of us that want to help ourselves. Being under the supervision of someone whom genuinely appreciates the oppur a

First, I would like to start off by saying that the picture of the house they have chosen to use as a representation of what they have to offer is very misleading. The house that I was directed to for an intake interview was not the house in the picture that they are advertising. The room that I rented from this business was very small and I had to share it with another person, so I considered it as $740.00/month/Bed. The house was in extremely poor condition and should be considered as uninhabitable. And I also, strongly believe that it should be closed down by a Public Health facility. I agree with the review given by Jennie Garcia as well.

The phone number goes to a different location on Hackett road in Ceres. Very misleading, I wanted to stay at the north & 5th street location by downtown but was directed to tour a location in the ghetto on hackett road that I declined after smelling marijuana smoke from other people on the property & manager apparently intoxicated. Get your information & management fixed, I need a place for sober living and it's a shame you have to trick people with false advertising & people using drugs at a "sober charity" home.

This place is a joke, management is a joke when they are sleeping together. Manager in the women house is very unprofessional. She tells everyone business and lies about a positive drug testing and lies to the police. I do not recommend this micro mgmt place to anyone.
