What I found very strange. Was there was a poster in the lobby? It says they so far have helped a 140 people from being homeless than any longer. How is that good news? That's terrible. Spend my time filling out papers telling me.I'm qualified , but that's not the same thing as being aauthorize. What did get accomplished, nothing. I walked out with no housing voucher. No hotel voucher. Sleep in my vechicle and I'm gonna die here because I can't use my medical machine so I can breathe when I go to sleep. I can't survive on an hour and a 1/2 to Two hours og sleep. These program seemed to be getting more and more funding and building bigger and nicer builds on their property. And we're keep getting less and less people off the street.

Never seen people so intent on not helping somebody because they simply have a mailing address. And I'd bet anybody $1000 that this place hasn't assisted one single homeless person into housing. Their program is carefully designed to not function. Talk about a waste of public funds. The first step is to search to see if they can find any reason to not help you. Then tell you to leave if you have a mailing address the most rude way possible. This place needs to be audited thoroughly. What a stupid joke.

Are not helpful at all, wasted time, basically you have to be a drug addict to get help. They do not help if you are ada, or ill where you need to be safe because you have a weak immune system.

Went there for various. No help went from the shelter to the streets Afters loosing hundreds of dollars of personal property. My health has gone down hill, and the last time I had to deal with them was to cancel my food stamp card after being beaten and robbed for it. And they said that they cancelled it and a new one would be mailed. No card and turns out the stolen one wasn't canceled. So they basically gave my attackers an extra bonus for a job well done and left me scrambling and charging food on my cards Wich cost hundreds of more dollars. Go at your own risk

Good people, work very hard, great attitude, short staffed. Be prepared to wait a while. Take ticket for your turn to be served. Try to call for appointment to overcome wait time. V. busy, if waiting room is full, will have to line up outside, bring hat, water if day is hot. Parking around side and back. Wear a mask (not a requirement for service)

The workers are fine, but our NEWSOM does not take this work seriously, three people to hand cases for all of stanislaus County. I see no help in a reasonable amount of time.
