I volunteered for a week at Posada Esperanza, and was treated with so much kindness by everyone. They do such amazing and important work. I encourage others to volunteer, too! Note about cranky neighbor(s) comment: perhaps they could have some compassion and pitch in to help rather than complain! Get to know them, and you will be truly blessed. Thanks to Patti and the staff for making my visit possible. Keep up the good work!

This place helps people who just moved to this country get their feet on the ground and start to get a handle on what it takes to make it here, it's really amazing service they provide. If you have any time you could just benefit yourself and someone else by going down there and spending time with anybody that you meet. Once a month they have a dance and serve food in the front yard it's very welcoming community people who have just moved here and they're doing some amazing work over there I highly recommend checking it out.

This place helps people who just moved to the country to get their feet on the ground, they offer accomodation, feeding and some legal advice. But recently they hired unprofessional people to join that nice staff members & that the only one reason I rated 4 stars.
