Average.Friendly staff at check in. Fairway Villa adequate.'"Starter supplies only last approximately 3 days. Told nothing is replenished even for a week stay. This is a 1st for us who have been owners here since 1984. We are short on soap and toilet tissue and were told where the Dollar General is located when inquiring about toilet tissue provided.

Really should give this place a half star and wish we’d never bought out here but was a bad market. Politics within the development are horrible and there’s been 2 votes to overthrow the members of the POA. One passed and one failed after they changed the voting rules. Spending $7 million on a “yacht club” that the most recent survey says more people are against than for. Advertises itself as a boating community but decides to shut down its only true boat ramp with almost no notice. Buyers beware. Don’t make same mistake we made

Well what happens is you get a bunch of unhealthy old stiffs, you throw a pebble at them, and then they shatter. It only takes 1, but I know more are with me. Would be..... unfortunate.....to them if something were to change around here...... Jeez did I stop paying HOA? Oops.

This is the most corrupt POA there is. Filled with a bunch of arrogant directors who think what they want is more important than the MAJORITY of the owners.
