What a great ministry to get involved with if you are a medical professional! I Have been on 2 trips so far and am leaving in 3 weeks for another. Very professional leadership while in the country helps to relieve some of the tension of being in a different culture. Translators are always present on all the trips I have been on. They hire local help whenever possible, thus aiding in helping the locals. It is a great reprieve to come back to a hotel with amenities (flush toilets, A/C, etc) that I am used to here in America. Do yourself and others a favor! Go! God is calling you too!
